Our client, located in Goshen, IN, is seeking to add a Buyer to their team. This will be a contract position, with potential to turn into a direct hire position for the right individual. The hours are Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This position will be responsible for ensuring prompt availability of products, select and order on demand according to specifications, arrange transportation of purchases, authorize payment of invoices or return of merchandise, manage relationships with vendors and negotiate prices.
Must have MRP/ERP experience as well as 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Kan-Ban experience preferred. CPP desired
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
