The ideal candidate will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicant must be effective in a fast-paced environment, be a skilled multi-tasker and troubleshooter with strong organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, must be detail oriented, patient, flexible, team-oriented, and have basic computer skills.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while working well under pressure.
