This is a full time position with a competitive hourly rate, on-call pay and an excellent benefit package including:

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
Maintenance technicians are an important part of the Oaklawn team, keeping buildings and grounds safe and welcoming for staff, clients and visitors.
Primary responsibilities and physical demands:
Complete and respond to work orders in a timely and accurate manner Maintain the facilities, grounds and equipment.
Provide routine maintenance for Oaklawn vehicles, such as checking oil and maintaining exterior, etc.
Provide routine grounds maintenance, such as trimming, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, snow removal, etc.
Complete work and use equipment safely following proper procedures Use a computer as necessary to complete jobs Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend and use tools or controls Frequently required to lift or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds Other duties as assigned Minimum requirements for a Maintenance Technician:
High School Diploma/GED preferred Previous maintenance experience highly recommended.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
