Responsibilities Order entry Price list entry Maintain details of inventoried items Inventory count entry Action on tasks generated by daily and weekly reports Assist management in longer-term projects designed to improve company efficiency Interface with warehouse staff Qualifications Previous office experience including data entry Understanding of Order > Shipment > Invoice life-cycle Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with windows based computers Proficiency in email and calendars (Gmail based) Basic knowledge of Excel.
Understanding of basic formulas (sum, average, count, vlookup) would be good but is not required.
However, a willingness to learn these is a must.
