Summary:
This person would be on site to assist with the day to day IT needs and support for Viewrail and the companies of Viewrail Holdings.
They will work with other members of the IT team to field the incoming support requests and to fix computer and technology problems.
Responsibilities:
Setup and deploy new computers and laptops for new employees or production workstations Respond to tickets and fix IT issues as they arise Assist other Viewrail employees and teams with technology and process improvements Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Maintain and upgrade computing hardware Maintain an accurate inventory of computing hardware, including work-from-home devices.
Keep process and workflow documentation up to date Manage licensing for necessary software (Autodesk, Office365, Adobe Creative Cloud, RingCentral, Zoom, etc) Manage new software installations Manage user accounts for various software AntiVirus Management Device and Identity Management using Jumpcloud Install switches and wireless access points Install Cat 6 network wiring Other duties as assigned Required Skills:
Computer proficiency with Windows, MacOS Strong Troubleshooting Skills Desire to learn Problem solving Good communication skills Works well with a team Desired Skills:
Experience in scripting and programming languages (Python, PowerShell, PHP, Bash) Experience in Windows 10/11 administration Exposure to networking technologies (Subnets, VLANs, DHCP, DNS) A desire to bring IT skills to business process improvement Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
