certificate Good oral and written communication skills Experience in Human Resources is preferred, but not required Experienced with Word, Excel, and Publisher Physical ability to walk, stoop, stand, twist, and squat on a constant basis with Capabilities of lifting 25-50 lbs.

Assistant Superintendent of Finance/ Superintendent CONTRACTED DAYS:
12 Month employee HOURS:
40 hours/week, M- F ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Oversees new hire process and all associated documentation, as well as data collection and input into all appropriate programs Conduct benefit orientation for all new hires including enrollment, notifications, and set up of benefits Assists with processing of terminations Collaborates with Payroll Specialist to reconcile benefit statements and end of month claims Process the required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions Maintain and uphold FMLA procedures, paperwork, and leave days Oversees workman's compensation forms and claims Create and upkeep employee personnel files Backup to payroll and assist as needed Updating and publishing Staff Directory Issuing reasonable assurance letters Performs other related duties as assigned Compiles staff photos and identification cards for new hires Completes other duties as assigned by Assistant Superintendent of Finance and/or Superintendent Fairfield Community Schools offers competitive wages based upon experience.
